Let's talk about Training!
Learning how to work with your dog, of any age is very important to create a happy household for everyone.
All of our training starts as positive and reward based. We find that keeping things positive works best & is less stressful for you, your family & your dog.
I also do understand that all dogs are different and respond differently to other methods of training, so I make sure I do what I think is best for your dog and family to live happily together.
I do offer remote collar training only for dogs and owners who have completed at least two weeks of our board & train program.
~ One hour first time puppy private lesson - $85
This lesson is best to do the first few weeks you have your new puppy. We will go over potty training, crate training, leash walking, puppy biting, basic obedience, how to start grooming at home and nutrition for your new puppy.
~One hour private training lessons - $60
During your lesson we will work on whatever it is that you would like in that hour. From Basic obedience to walking nicely on a leash, or even aggression and destruction we can teach you how to fix the issue & be consistent with training your dog.
~One Week Boarding & Training - Starting at $650
Our weekly board and trading always starts with one week of basic obedience. Which includes but not limited to Sit, Down, Stay, walking on leash & starting coming when called.
Once your dog and you know the basics we can move on to more advanced training, like teaching your dog a place command, off, wait, leave it, & drop it.
Training is done Monday trough Friday with a private lesson when your pup is picked up on Friday evening. Lessons can we scheduled for Saturday upon request.
We do offer remote collar training after you and your dog have completed two weeks of our boarding & training program.
~Service/Therapy Dog Training~
Training Service/Therapy dogs and being able to better others lives is truly my passion.
I work with people with a varying degree of requirements when it comes to training a dog to help them through their day. I use dogs as young as 12 weeks and as old as 2 years when we start training. I am a firm believer that any breed of dog can be service dog or Therapy dog and that includes rescue dogs.
We dog ask that your Service/Therapy dog is the only dog living in the household, to help optimize their usefulness to you after training.
